
The matzot were sent out – first to Denmark because of foreign exchange, under the supervision of the Gestapo.
The exported matzot ensured the existence of the matzah factory and saved Jewish lives.

The Hamburg matzot were sent to all the Jewish communities in Germany and even found their way to the Piotrkow Ghetto in Poland, to Rabbi Moshe Chaim Lau.
